If you need to return a product for a refund or exchange, please contact our customer service department at support@thecoollight.shop. One of our representatives will respond within 24 to 48 hours to assist you.
Please ensure the following conditions are met:
- If your package was late, arrived damaged, incomplete, or in poor condition, we will cover the shipping costs. Contact us for assistance before sending any items back.
- Do not return any items until you have submitted a Return Request and received a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA number will not be processed.
- Returned items must be in their original packaging and in resale condition. We cannot issue a refund if the correct product was shipped in good condition as described on the product page.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your return and what to expect next.
- Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your return and issue a refund or exchange upon receipt of the returned item. We may contact you to confirm options or discuss the product exchange.
- All return and refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- If an item is damaged, defective, or the wrong size, we may request photos and a tracking number for the return.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items or items received as expected. A 10% restocking fee will apply to such returns.
- All returns must be made within 15 days of delivery and be in their original packaging and condition.
